Dinner experience curated by the chefs of Le Mans restaurant (menu can change):

• Starter – Shrimp carpaccio with avocado;

  Main course – Roasted duck breast with caramelized peaches, vegetables, and carrot purée

  Dessert – Strawberry tartare with fresh basil, cream cheese, and saffron sauce.
