We invite you to a special evening surrounded by Porsche RS cars, stories from the racing world and French-inspired flavours. Garage 9:11 is a place where you can see some of the rarest Porsche RS models representing different Porsche generations in one collection. This dinner with a tour in Vilnius is designed for those who want more than a usual restaurant visit – an evening in an extraordinary setting, among collector Porsche RS models.
At Garage 9:11 you will be welcomed by a guide or the collection’s founder and racing driver, Aurelijus Rusteika. During the tour, you will get to know different generations of Porsche RS, hear stories about the origins of the cars, their moments of victory and behind-the-scenes from the racing world. It is a great opportunity to hear things that never make it into catalogues or technical specifications.
After the tour, the evening continues at the table – you will enjoy an interactive dinner prepared by the French restaurant Le Mans. Subtle flavour combinations, a carefully curated menu and attention to detail will make sure the evening is not only interesting, but also truly delicious.

Welcome drink – a glass of sparkling wine;
Starter – beef carpaccio with rocket, artichokes and Comté cheese OR octopus ceviche with mango–orange chutney (When purchasing a ticket, please specify participant names and chosen dish in the comments section);
Main course – black cod fillet with miso glaze, edamame bean purée and vegetables OR duck breast with crispy potato, carrot purée, vegetables and cranberry sauce. (When purchasing a ticket, please specify participant names and chosen dish in the comments section);
Dessert – crème brûlée.
