Garage 9:11 is a place where you can discover a collection of some of the rarest Porsche RS models, representing different Porsche generations. These cars, marked RS, GT3RS, and GT2RS, are true gems in the world of motorsport. At Garage 9:11, we will present each model in the collection, revealing not only their technical specifications but also the most fascinating stories from their lives on the racetrack. During the dinner, you will be treated to the creations of the Le Mans restaurant chefs.

Welcome drink – a glass of sparkling wine
Starter – seared scallops with bean purée, truffles, and garlic foam;
Main course – Pan-seared cobia with cauliflower purée, mini vegetables, and lime sauce OR Lamb rump steak with smoked bacon, mushroom and vegetable tart, Béarnaise sauce, and marinated Chioggia beets. Dessert – lemon panna cotta.
